Villa Filomena is a walled property that gives you privacy and security all in a easy walking distance of the Old town. Once when you enter the property, you will find yourself in a historical garden with lemon, orange, fig and pomegranate trees and garden coloured by pink flowers of the bougenvilia plants. On the upper level of the property you will find yourself on the magnificent terrace, covered with a traditional white stone, and pergola held by stone pillars. The seating area on the terrace gives you an opportunity to enjoy the view on the blue Adriatic see with boats passing by and a sunset in the evening. Here you will find a BBQ, therefore you can enjoy preparing and sharing a meal with your family and friends.  

The spatious villa offers comfortable space for you and your friends and family. On the ground floor there is an open area kitchen with living and dinning room. On the upper 2 floors you will find 5 bedrooms, out of which 4 are ensuite, 4 equipped with a large double bed. In the loft area there is a spacious bedroom with a double bed.

Every room has its own air conditioning unit. Linen and towels as well as beach towels are provided.
